About Aqua Life

Aqua Life started business as an aquarium maintenance company 20 years ago in March of 1991. In 1997, Doug and Lynda Warner decided to move their growing business out of their garage and into its current location in Rocklin. The original vision was to have a location where service customers could come in and pick up needed supplies and select their own fish. Once the shop opened on February 4, 1998 we had a constant stream of people, that weren't service customers, stopping in to pick up supplies and see what fish we had available for sale. It wasn't long before we realized that there was a need for an aquarium shop in the area.

We started out at 4235 Pacific St. Suite B. After a couple of years, our neighbors in Suite A moved out and we took the opportunity to grab that spot, knock out the wall and double our size.

Now 13 years have past and Aqua Life has continued to grow, change and improve. We are a full line aquarium store and carry an excellent assortmrnt of aquariums and aquarium supplies. We now have thousands of gallons of saltwater and freshwater aquariums, filled with popular and rare fish, corals, invertebrates and live plants. We have the largest selection of saltwater fish and African Cichlids in the entire greater Sacramento area. We take pride in our accumulated knowledge, experience and most of all our commitment to customer service. If you've never been in or it's been a while, stop in , it's worth the visit.
