Q:What is our 14 Day Guarantee?

A: Most Fish Coral and Invertebrates offered by Aqua Life Aquarium come with a 14 day live guarantee from the time the shipment is received. If your live animal does not arrive alive and stay alive for 14 days, we will issue you a merchandise credit for replacement or use on future purchases. This guarantee does not cover shipping costs. We must receive a photo of the dead animal within 14 days of the date and time of arrival for review. Photos can be emailed to aqualifeaquariuminc@yahoo.com. If the photo is deemed by us as valid, we will issue you a credit that can be used on future livestock purchases. The credit cannot be used toward the cost of shipping or toward aquarium supplies. Some of the more sensitive animals that we offer may not come with this guarantee. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated under the description of the particular animal. Your order must be accepted and signed for on the FedEx driver's first attempt at delivery, in order for this guarantee to be valid. If the animal arrives DOA, send us a photo of the dead animal within 4 hours of delivery, if after review we deem the claim to be valid we will issue you a a refund through Paypal.

Q: What is our Arrive Alive Guarantee?

A: Animals that take extra care or are more sensitive come with our arrive alive guarantee. This guarantees the animal to arrive to you alive, after that it's up to you to keep it happy and healthy. If your animal does not arrive alive we will issue you a refund through Paypal. This guarantee does not cover shipping costs. We must receive a photo of the dead animal for review within 4 hours of delivery. You may send photos to aqualifeaquariuminc@yahoo.com. If after review we deem the DOA to be valid, we will issue the refund. Your order must be accepted and signed for on the FedEx driver's first attempt at delivery, in order for this guarantee to be valid.
