Shipping FAQ

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We charge one fee of $34.99 per order to ship live animals any where within the contiguous U.S.A. and there is only 1 charge. No extra fees for extra items. Order as much as you want and you still only pay $34.99. All orders over $200.00 will receive FREE SHIPPING! We use FedEx Standard Overnight shipping for all of our live animals.

We charge a flat fee of $10.50 for all freshwater plant orders. We use USPS Priority mail for plants.

Our dry goods are charged by weight or by type of shipping. There are 3 shipping rates $5.95, $7.95 and $11.95. $11.95 is the most that you will pay for shipping on aquarium supplies, no matter how much you order. All refrigerated foods (DT's, Reed Mariculture etc.) and refrigerated bacteria supplements will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail and will be charged a flat rate fee of $11.95. We use cold packs when shipping all perishable foods and supplements. All orders over $100.00 will receive FREE SHIPPING! We use UPS, USPS and FedEx services to ship our aquarium supplies

We do not combine live animals with dry goods. Shipping charges and discounts are separate for these two categories.
